21st Century Child – Parent & Carer Education Night

Dear Collingwood College

My name is Simon burton. I am a parent and member of the Spensley Street Primary School, Parents and Carers Association (PCA) in Clifton Hill Victoria.

Our Association is holding our annual ‘Education Night for Parents and Carers’. The aim of the event is to focus on a subject important in their children’s development and family lives.

This year’s event titled, ’21st Century Child’, is being held at Spensley Street Primary School on the evening of Tuesday 17th of November, 7.00 – 830pm.

It will be presented by guest speaker Steven Dupon an expert and author specialising in the wellbeing of children in online and gaming environments.

Spensley Street Primary and the PCA have decided for reason of equity and access to make the event free of charge and open to the community.

The Association also feels that the event offers SSPS PCA the opportunity to invite our neighbouring schools and their communities because the issues presented at ‘21st Century Child’, will be highly relevant to all interested in child development and wellbeing.

On behalf of the Spensley Street Primary School PCA, I hope that you find our coming event ‘21st Century Child’ of interest and thank you for your time.

Simon Burton
