Jamie Oliver fights for compulsory Food Education

Please click here for a link to Jamie Oliver’s “change” petition to fight for compulsory food and cooking education around the world. Stephanie Alexander’s Kitchen Garden Foundation in Australia is a great example of hands-on food education resulting in positive health behavioural changes. And in England, The School Food Plan made cooking lessons and food education a compulsory part of the curriculum.
